Rental Agreement
Thank you for choosing a living tree this holiday season! This agreement outlines how the rental process works so both you and your tree can have a smooth, joyful experience. Payments
Renter understands:

The full rental fee is due upon booking.

If the rental fee is not paid within 2 business days of booking, the reservation will be canceled.

Rental fee must be received before delivery is scheduled.
Renter Responsibilities
The Renter agrees to be the temporary Steward of the tree and understands that the tree is a living organism requiring specific care. The Renter agrees to:

Follow the provided Care Card.

Keep the tree indoors no longer than 4 weeks total.

Water only as instructed.
-
Keep tree away from heat sources (vents, fireplaces, space heaters).

Use only the pot/saucer provided.
Damage & Cleaning
Damage includes, but is not limited to: severe needle loss due to neglect, broken branches, pot damage, signs of burning, or removal of the tree from its original container.
If the tree is returned in a condition deemed non-replantable or if the tree is lost, stolen, or destroyed, the Renter agrees to pay replacement value of $50-$400 (depending on size) to cover the cost of the lost inventory and future revenue.
The Renter must notify YuleTree Traditions immediately if the tree shows signs of severe stress or damage.
Cleaning includes, but is not limited to: removal of tinsel or other decorations, washing of dirt or mud from needles, or pot.
If the tree requires cleaning or removing of ornamentation, a cleaning fee of $25 applies.
Placement & Safety
The Renter assumes all risk and responsibility for the location and placement of the Tree on their property. The Renter must ensure the Tree is placed on a stable, level surface that can safely support the Tree and its container

Renter is responsible for monitoring children and pets around the tree.
Liability Release
The Renter understands:

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless YuleTree Traditions / Twisted Twig Farms LLC and its owners and employees from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, damages, and liabilities, including attorney fees, arising out of the Renter's use, maintenance, or placement of the rented Tree. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to property (flooring, carpets, furniture), personal injury, or fire.
The Renter accepts the Tree "as is" and assumes all risk of its presence on their property.
